Returns
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!

 

Our Exchange ONLY policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sales items and Custom Designs are exempt from being returned and exchanged.

 

ISHI? LUXE Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your EXCHANGE.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanges. They are FINAL sale.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@ishi30a.com and send your item to: 2417 Montevallo Rd. Birmingham Alabama US 35223.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2417 Montevallo Rd. Birmingham Alabama US 35223

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Missing Packages:

 

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: 

  • USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

 

  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

 

  • If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. ISHI? cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding! 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 

  • Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package. 

 

  • Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

 

  • Contact us for additional assistance. ISHI? cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
